Joe's room

Room dimensions: 12.5x7 ft. Room has two windows and double French doors. No closet in the room but we let you exclusively use a large closet space next to the living room. Also have personal access to shelving in living room next to closet. Pictures included.

Shared kitchen, bath and living room. There is a decent amount of space in a shared pantry. Includes access to an unfinished basement with washer/dryer. Driveway fits seven normal sized vehicles without anyone having to move for others to leave. Parking passes are free in New Brunswick in case you need to park on the street.

About a 15 minute walk to the train station and to Rutgers’ main New Brunswick campus on College Ave.

Three roommates looking for a fourth.

I work from home 9-5. One roommate works 9-5 in an office and the other in an office throughout the week/weekend. We are in our late 20’s-early 30’s. Even though we live in the off-campus section of Rutgers, there will be no ragers. Casual chilling is more our speed; a few drinks with some friends every so often is reasonable. Keeping the shared areas clean is a group effort, so be respectful and clean up after yourself. I play guitar and another roommate plays drums. Big music enthusiasts. We play within reasonable times during the day and are respectful of your eardrums.

In a nutshell, we’re down to earth people looking for other down-to-earthlings. Friendly, clean and chill would be the three best words to describe us and who we’re looking for.
