Two rooms available above the Ballston Metro Station!

I currently live in a two bedroom and den condo and will have two openings for one of the bedrooms and den available starting May 1st, with a flexible move in date. I’m looking for people to sign a 12 month lease, or short term housing for the month of May and June. The lease states no smoking and no pets. The condo is in Arlington VA, directly above the Ballston Metro Station (Orange and Silver lines) and has a pedestrian bridge connecting to the Ballston Mall. The bedroom and den would share a full bath.

The rent for the Den is $827.31 and the Bedroom is $868.83 (the Den is not as small as you may think it is, see floor plan). First month rent and deposit (one month’s rent) would be due before move in and the building requires a move in fee of $250 per person. Utilities (wifi and electricity) runs about $50-$60 a month. Parking would be $135 per person if you choose to rent a parking spot in the building (separate from condo lease). We also have an in unit washer and dryer.

A little bit about me: I am full vaccinated, 26 year old and moved to Arlington after graduating from Virginia Tech in 2017. Like half the population in Arlington, I am a Govt Consultant, but please don’t ask me what that means as I am faking it until I make it. I have been working from home 4 days a week and foresee it staying that way long term. I will also be starting Grad school in the fall so that’ll be keeping me busy. During the week I work 9-5 then watch TV and relax by going over to my GFs apartment or having her over. No one considers me a neat freak but I do like the apartment to be tidy and clutter free. I wouldn’t mind hiring a cleaning service to come by once a month if we all are interested.

A perfect Saturday for me is meeting up with friends or family eating out and going to to a winery, brewery, distillery, cidery or meadery (I don’t discriminate). I’m looking for roommates to keep it low key during the week and hang out as friends on the weekends!
