Females only. Beautiful neighborhood near Granite Bay, modern newer home. The room for rent is a clean standard room with a closet and window in a modern home, safe neighborhood and alarm on home. To live with two other professional females in a 3 bed 2 bath single family home with back yard, not a condo, no pets here and everyone under the age 30. This is for standard room and a beautiful shared bathroom. No pets, no kids! This is not a party house! Sober, hard working younger females. Work 50 plus hours both and super clean. One is a nurse. No smoking, no drugs.
Some utilities are part of rent like alarm, water, trash, wifi. But the electric and gas are split 3 ways and they are super cheap. The home has a new Hvac and new water heater. No cost was spared.
Amazing location!!! East Roseville, right next to Bayside church in Granite Bay in a newer community.
