About the room
Hello! This property is conveniently located 5 minutes from the Disneyland Resort. We live here because it’s very close to work.
The apartment is large enough to meet the needs of 4 people space wise. Our setup will be 2 per room.
The master bedroom has a small bathroom with a shower included.
We have most basic amenities. A large Refrigerator, a Freezer, couch, TV, chairs.
We also have central air conditioning which is a plus. We keep it nice and cool year round.
Base rent is $1,650 for the entire apartment. We also pay an additional $30 a month for a storage unit in the garage for excess items. All together per person it’s $420 (rent).
Water is included. We also pay gas/electric/Internet. This is about an additional $50-$60 per month.
We are looking for respectful and quiet people. Our work schedules are all over the place in terms of time so excessive noise isn’t a plus. Haha.
We are very clean as well!
