Two bedroom one bath. You would have your own room. We have internet for $21 a month per person. Already furnished and includes kitchen supplies, dishes and utensils. Washer and dryer included, dishwasher, parking ($25). Parking is very close, one reserved spot. Gated apartment, close to grocery stores, food and coffee shops.

Two girls 20-21 years old who share a room. Clean, friendly, students. They like to hang out, go to coffee shops, do homework. We keep the apartment clean and are all very responsible. Everyone has their own cabinet and shelf in the refrigerator, though we are open to sharing our things. Both girls have a car and are very nice.
