Preston's room

Furnished room available at $675 per month, includes all bills, utilities, and WiFi. Everyone in the house is in their 20’s, it is important for us to be around other young people who are saving money. This is the only downstairs bedroom, secluded from the other rooms. This also means the bathroom is primarily yours, but since it is the only downstairs bathroom it must still be kept neat and will be used by guests. We are looking for someone young, clean and tidy. Single occupancy, no couples, no pets. The house is smoke-free, as in non-smokers only, of any sort. We have a 10 month old labradoodle puppy. The Area: • Very nice, quiet neighborhood on Eastern and 215 • Walking distance to gyms, Walmart, many restaurants, and immediate freeway access • 15 minutes from the Strip • The location is so conveinient its hard to find something not close to us.

The Space: • 5-bed/3-bath single-family house • 3000 square feet • Freshly painted bedrooms with new flooring • Completely furnished with 3 living spaces • A nice backyard with patio, BBQ, benches, a fire pit, and a large area for gardening • Kitchen stocked with cooking tools available for use • Garage parking available for extra, or street parking • Gas, water, electricity, garbage, and fast WIFI included • Washer and Dryer

Requirements: • Security deposit of one month’s rent required • One-person occupancy • 650 minimum credit score (negotiable) • Pass a background check, $35 fee for background and credit check • No evictions and a good standing with previous landlords • Have a fulltime job or be a student • Age 29 and under • Applicant must be non-smoker • No pets

Who We Are: • 25-year-old male engineer who works out of town during the week. He enjoys hiking and board games and is pursuing his masters. • 25-year-old female nurse practitioner. She enjoys hiking and traveling. • 24-year-old male media manager who is studying for his real estate license. He is into martial arts and cooking. • 24-year-old female graphic designer who enjoys pilates. • 22-year-old female pre-school teacher.
