4 bedroom house located near Wadsworth and Jewell. Room is small, 100 Sq Ft, fully furnished with closet and adjacent, shared bathroom (shared with one other female tenant). Two windows and located on basement level. Blackout curtains over blinds, queen size bed, night stand with drawers, two other sets of drawers, bookcase, fridge, microwave and kettle. There is a wall mounted Smart TV. Washer and dryer right outside room and available for use. We have an adult daughter who is developmentally disabled so we are looking for females only and we do not allow male guests at any time, for any reason. No smoking of any kind, inside or out. No pets. No overnight guests. Main floor kitchen is available for use.

Family that owns the house is a couple with an adult daughter. We occupy one bedroom upstairs and our daughter occupies the other. We share an upstairs bathroom. It is a tri-level. The two downstairs rooms are the ones being rented out and they share a bathroom down there as well. My wife and I are usually in the common areas and our daughter is usually in her room. She is developmentally disabled and sometimes home alone, so the requirement for female tenants only is firm.
