small family mother daughter and friend cousin no kids….lived here over 6 yrs…because of covid i have a person we could nt let go.and have endured him for ovr a year…he will be leaving either as he has been looking for his own apartment…or by us giving him 2 months notice when we either have someone for the room and a deposit down on the room during the summer or we get closer to the fall… when well have more time to search….and be home more..as i have some of my summer scheduled..makes it challenging to do so and look for someone…were exausted after finding a new person for our master bedroom took a lot of time in april….hopefully with lower cost room this will go easier….. after my longest roommate moved to oregon to her family after her job was cut this year here….
