Welcome to my Craigslist ad, potential future roommate!

I feel since there is a very real chance we will be living together soon, you should get to know a little about me and the place that you will be calling home. So let’s start with the place:

The apartment is walking distance to three different beaches. We are surrounded by shops, bars, and restaurants, but out of the way of foot traffic. There’s also a communal area along the canal that has tables, benches, grills, and easy access to the water (see attached picture). I cannot emphasize enough how rad this location is. Pictured furniture is leaving with the current roommate so I’ll be buying new stuff!

I am a 39 year old guy who works as a project manager in the telecom industry. I pay all of my bills, clean up after myself, and am respectful to those I live with. I moved here from Massachusetts three years ago with my dog. She’s big for a dog, but small for a mastiff (80lbs). She’s a little scary looking, but very sweet, clean, and well trained. She loves other dogs, but she is the queen of her castle and does not do well with other pets in the house. So, if you have ever wanted a dog, but could not get one for whatever reason, I am your man! When I’m not at work or the beach I’m either gaming or binge watching some Netflix series in my room. My door is always open to chat, but you’ll have the living room mostly to yourself.

Hopefully about you:

I am honestly OK with any anyone as long as you don’t smoke (occasional 420 is fine), don’t do drugs, and love dogs. Male or female is okay. Please no college students. And please have a job. You know, so I get rent on time. It would also be cool if you had some furniture. Otherwise, I am open and look forward to talking with you!
