Hello! I am currently looking to rent the master bedroom in my 3 bedroom 3 bath town home. We are 5 min from Bressi Ranch and are off of Palomar Airport/San Marcos Blvd, perfect location! You will have access to the kitchen, living room and wash/dryer. Rent also comes with a parking spot in the attached garage on the first floor. We can negotiate garage/storage space if important! Room comes furnished but can also come unfurnished. We are looking for someone who is easy going, kind/respectful, has stable income and will team up with cleaning and will treat the home like their own.
About the roomies- We are professionals in our mid 20’s and early 30’s. We like to go hiking on the trails close by and enjoy occasionally hosting friends on the weekends and making music.
The community is gated and has a pool and hot tub. You will be given a pool key to access all facilities.
