Spacious townhouse in the Olympus at the District complex. The base rent is for a private room, garage parking spot, and a shared bathroom with one other roommate, plus about $100 in monthly utilities/internet/power/etc. Large kitchen with plenty of cupboards and storage space, an open dining and living room area, and an additional half bathroom. There is a pool, hot tub, gym, and clubhouse within the complex.

Since the lease doesn’t start until June 5, I don’t have photos of the specific unit we’ll be in. Please refer to the gallery on the Olympus at the District website. It’s a gorgeous place, I promise! Feel free to let me know if you want to see a floor plan.

Due to allergies, we unfortunately can’t accommodate any cats.

We’re two females in our early twenties looking for a third roommate who is clean and friendly. The lease is fifteen months, so we’re looking for a long term roommate who we could ideally get along with really well. We both work full time and keep pretty consistent schedules.
