Room for rent in a shared house. 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 car garage house. House is owned, not rented, no HOA in neighborhood. 1 room is for rent for 1 person which also includes a shared bathroom, but the bathroom will be mostly yours. If either of us have a guest over, they use that conveniently located bathroom as the other is in my room. 1 guy living at property, me. Includes 1 driveway space and wifi on location. Absolutely no smoking in or near the house, no cannabis either. Cats welcome, sorry, no dogs.
