You must be at least 45 years old. This is a 2 bd 2 ba home in a senior mobile home park. The room for rent is 9x101/2 and unfurnished with your own private bathroom. The utilities and Wi-Fi are included along with your own parking space. I keep my home very clean and ask that you keep your areas clean as well. You will have access to the microwave and fridge and stove top for light cooking along with your own space in the pantry. There is no smoking of any kind, no drugs and alcohol consumption should be kept at a minimum. No pets or overnight guests allowed. One person only. The rent is $800 with a $800 security deposit. If you decide you are interested after that, you will need to fill out an application and provide references which will be checked. A background check will also be required. Must provide valid ID and proof of income.

I am the owner and the only person living here. I’m very clean and I’m looking for someone who will respect me and my house. I’m allergic to strong chemicals and perfumes, so if you use or wear them please don’t apply.
