Check out my private room + living room for rent in this spacious home in Old Town Orange. Shared bathroom, but always spotless since everyone is very respectful towards each other. The home is furnished with modern appliances and furniture, along with it’s own private backyard entrance as well. Utilities + WiFi included and you must be ok with dogs. Couples considered if they both don’t work from home at $1500 a month. Ideally, looking for a single working professional or college student without a dog since we’re already at the limit here. A cat may be considered if they stay inside your room. The room also comes finished with couches, a desk, a wooden bed, an old TV, and some drawers available if you want to use them. We also have enough blackout curtains to surround the whole area if desired. The bedroom for it is 10x10, the living room is 10x14 feet, and includes it’s own air conditioning and heating. Our back yard has an outside patio area, gym equipment, and bbqs as well. Kitchen and laundry/dryer privileges included, and there’s some storage room in our garage if needed. There’s plenty of street parking in our neighborhood too. Also our house is within a few minutes from all the major freeways (5, 22, 55, 57).
