My friend and I are looking for a third roommate around our age(22 and 24) that wants to team-up with us to apply for an apartment complex. It is a 3BD 2BT Apartment in Santa Rosa, CA very close to the Junior College. You would have the main room and your own bathroom. We guarantee that rent is not going to be more than $900, but it probably will be $850. We know people who live there, so we know the average prices they pay too. We need another roommate who has a job to be able to have enough income to apply to the apartment complex. You will need to have verifiable income in the form of pay stubs or tax returns. We want to apply on April 28th to get the apartment on May 28th, but your move-in date can be very flexible. We would need you to apply with us on April 28th or a little after that, but you can move in and start paying rent starting May 28th or starting on June, July, August, or September. We both are very friendly and easy to get along with. I am a 24-year-old SSU Finance student, and my friend is a 22-year-old certified EMT, working on his fire academy degree at the JC. We both enjoy watching TV shows, videogames, seeing other friends, etc… We are very inclusive and like to hang out, but if you mostly keep to yourself, we would respect that. My friend does not like a smoking environment, so no smoking inside the apartment. If you do smoke, you can do it outside the apartment.
