Great room in a 6 bedroom house in a convenient location near the University of Utah. This room is on the lower level, and has a (huge!) shared bathroom with one other roommate. Spacious living area, kitchen, front porch, back patio, and driveway/street parking. I have a queen size bed frame/box spring/mattress along with a dresser I am willing to sell if interested! Closet is on the smaller side, but manageable. There is another small storage closet in the hallway that belongs to the renter of this room since the closet is a bit smaller!
All roommates are female college students who are working/in school. Very nice, friendly, clean and organized girls.
