Quiet 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house with 2 rooms for rent at $650/month (depending on length of lease) which include utilities, internet, shared access to living room with fireplace, sun room, kitchen, washer/dryer, garage, etc. Property has large backyard with burn pit. There is one older dog currently in the house but will be moving to the upstairs room once the current tenant moves. Shipmates have preference.
About 10 minutes to Janaf Shopping center. 6-15 min to Naval Station Norfolk (depending on which gate). 2 min from Norview Ave (Exit 279) on I-64.
Must be able to verify employment. $20 application fee for the background check plus $300 refundable deposit (waived for military) moves you in pending background check results. Month-to month, 6 month, and 12 month leases available. Message for more details and application. Sorry, no couples, no kids, and no cats. Dogs on a case-by-case basis.
About the roomies
House has two tenants and one dog currently. Both males, mid 20’s and early 40’s. Both have daily jobs and pretty relaxed environment.
