Agustin's room

This condo is minutes away from downtown San Diego and the beaches. It is conveniently located in Chula Vista, surrounded by shopping centers, restaurants, bars, and many other businesses. It is close enough to the action of downtown, but far enough not to live in it day in and day out. The room is fully furnished and has its own private bathroom. You have full access to the washer/dryer, full kitchen, free parking, and all utilities are paid.

I am a working professional and currently work in the office and sometimes I work from home. My hours are regular business hours. I welcome social interaction with my roommates, but I also respect private space.
