Fully furnished 1BR 1BATH Queen Bed shared with busy professional working guy. This room is available on a short term temporary overnight basis 7pm-7am for active military, students and other guys between rentals. Hours are more flexible some days and on weekends but I’m usually out of the apartment by 6:40 AM and you would depart each day before me or when I do as your basically my guest, I don’t give out a key. Rent is only $400/mo, all utilities included, no application fee, and can be prorated to cover the days needed.

I realize this shared space/shared queen bed may not be ideal for everyone but it’s what I have to offer, it’s close to the beach and I prefer not to live alone. Also, since it’s fully furnished, this arrangement only works if you have minimal belongings. Lmk if interested.
