Looking for a third roommate to take over my part of the lease in May. New lease starts in July, and two roommates are both planning to stay on. The downstairs bedroom is 11x12 feet, and the new tenant would share a bathroom with female roommate downstairs. Private rooftop patio that all roommates use with a fantastic view of the city - Jacobs Pavilion at Nautica and Detroit-Superior bridge. Garage parking options available for an additional fee. $65 app fee to the leasing/apt complex for background check & application. No deposit since we’ve already paid it! Shared utilities range from $60-100 monthly and include internet, gas/electric, and shared washer/dryer fee. No pets.

Bedroom is unfurnished. We do have some furniture for other areas, but that can easily be swapped out (if needed) for items new tenant would like to bring as much of it was left behind by past tenants.

Two roommates staying are 1 male in late 20s and 1 female in early 30s. Both are super cool & laid back, clean in common areas. They entertain from time to time, and are inclusive to all roommates. They have separate lives but get along well, which we’ve found makes a good roommate situation. Male is late 20s is out of town frequently for work. Both are respectful and easy to communicate with.
