Hi! I’m a recent college graduate (female) looking for another recent college grad (female) to move into my Valley Village two bedroom, one bathroom apartment. With a newly renovated kitchen (including a microwave/dishwasher/large refrigerator) and marble countertops, as well as a balcony, and large open common spaces, and two parking garage spots (along with so much parking on the street), it is a great find. We are minutes away from Studio City, NoHo, and Sherman Oaks. I am super clean, organized, and outgoing. I work a lot, but when I’m home I’m super relaxed and probably watching TV!
