One room is available in a Townhome at Refugio Townhomes. Includes your own room and bathroom. The complex has a community Rec Room and Pool available for use. Close to many stores and restaurants. Rent is roughly 900 after utilities. Many other Vandenberg Officers live here. Perfect for space/missiles students as it’s less than 20 minutes to the main gate. The move-in date is negotiable. Month to Month available.

Both of us are male Space Force Officers in our 20s working at Vandenberg. We would prefer another officer or young professional to fill the room. We do have a golden doodle in the house but cannot have another pet as one roommate is allergic ( open for discussion if the pet is hypoallergenic). In our free time, we like to go for hikes, travel, play games, go out for food or drinks. We do like to keep the place clean and would hope you do the same.
