We have a 14’5“ x 10’3“ bedroom w/ French Doors to an outdoor private balcony & beautiful natural light, avail for month-to-month rent starting Aug 8 or after. The rent is $908 all-inclusive (includes internet, all utilities, water/electricity, on-site parking and streaming services ie Netflix, Hulu, amazon prime, Disney plus) + shared bathroom (pictured).

Optional furnishings (some included, some I’m selling) and choice of twin/queen size bed, if interested!

In-house washer & dryer. 1-min walk to public tennis courts, 5-min walk to beach, Revolution Roasters coffee, Cream of the Crop health food store, vintage shops, and more.

*We do have a no-smoking / pets policy (if it is a small or caged pet that mostly keeps to your room, we may be able to work with that)!

You would be sharing the condo with two other young professional females, an accountant that works 9-5, M-F, and a bioengineer grad student who splits her time between school and working in the lab.
