This is a great house in a great spot in SLC. Just a few minutes away from everything, and it’s nice on the inside (The pictures are a bit outdated, the inside looks the same with a few furniture changes).

Contract length is one year. You will have to pass a background and credit check to sign the contract through the management company, so please do not message me if you won’t pass either of those.

The management company’s contract does not allow pets, unfortunately.

The backyard has a garden and the deck outside just got cleaned up and had some stuff added. It’s pretty nice and will be great for summer get togethers. Lots of food will be grown in the garden - If you help maintain it then you’re welcome to a share of what’s grown!

With Covid, guests currently aren’t allowed. Vaccines are becoming more available every day, so guests are more than welcome if vaccinated :)

There is a driveway that can fit two cars (one behind the other, not next to eachother). There is plenty of room on the side / back of the house for things like motorcycles as well. Outside of that, there is plenty of street parking.

Utilities not included in rent price, they will be split three ways. We also pay for 1Gb Google Fiber, that will be split in the utilities

• Two rooms that lead out to the kitchen, those are $650 / $750, and share a bathroom
• Full upstairs for $900, includes multiple rooms and its own bathroom

Looking for Males only, please. I am 23, so being around that age would be a bonus, but I’m cool with pretty much any age. Everyone living here currently is non-religious. You can be religious or non-religious, no requirements there. Drinking is allowed. This isn’t a party house, but you’re always welcome to have some guests over to hang out.

There are currently three people living here - Myself and two others. The two others will be moving out by the end of March, and two rooms will be open to rent starting the beginning of April. I am in the $750 room currently, but am flexible to move upstairs if someone wants the $750 room.
