About the room

Looking for a roommate to rent the master bedroom in this thousand-square-foot townhome. There are 2 large bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms that have been recently updated. It has a main floor entry, great room layout with a wood-burning fireplace. There is a designated parking space right in front of the unit and lots of guest parking. There is minimal noise since it’s surrounded by a large forest. Some amenities include a rec room, basketball/ volleyball courts, and on-site RV Parking (some open at Covid safety notice). Within less than five minutes away from Wayne Park/ Burke-Gillman Trail, downtown Bothell, and a variety of grocery stores. Conveniently located near I-5 and I-405 with easy access to shopping, restaurants & local amenities. It’s minutes away from the University of Washington Bothell and would be perfect for students.

About the roomies

I’m originally from Europe but I’ve been living in Seattle for the past nine years. I’m easy-going, sarcastic, and independent. I love cooking and binge-watching tv shows and movies. I love going on low-key weekend trips, spending a bit of time outside, and exploring local restaurants and bars.

I’m 26 years old and an IT Coordinator at Alaska Airlines. I have a pretty normal 7-4 schedule. During the week, I’m usually in bed by 11 but like to sleep in on the weekends.

‍I’m a pretty social person, but I also definitely need my alone time. I want my house to be a place where I can have people over, but not a place that’s constantly full of people and hosting get-togethers. I’m down to get to know each other but we don’t have to be best friends. However, it would be nice to do things together occasionally. I don’t want to feel uncomfortable in my own home so if it would not be comfortable to share a meal once in a while, we’re probably not a good fit.

I like to keep common living spaces pretty clean. I do my dishes every day and put away my belongings when I get home from work. I’m open to the idea of a cleaning schedule to keep things organized. Sometimes my bedroom is a mess but I keep any shared paces tidy. I’m not that loud of a person and wouldn’t really appreciate many late, loud nights all the time. I’m not a smoker (besides the occasional joint sometimes)
