Welcome to Belleau Ridge in Ooltewah TN! This 3,000 sq. ft. house is brand new, boasts 4 bedrooms, and sits on a 1 acre lot. It’s a part of a new development, and this house is one of the first ones built on this side of the subdivision. This area is the epitome of peaceful, and luxury.

I bought this house with the intention of moving closer to my job, all the while enjoying the perks of living in a quiet and peaceful area. I’d describe myself as extremely laid back & easy going. I also enjoy meeting new people. I’m very clean and considerate of other people’s spaces, and I’m looking for individuals with similar qualities.

I’ve just had 1 room come available, and it will be completely ready to move-in by July 1st. The room is furnished, but if a non-furnished room is more ideal, I can accommodate for that as well.
