A little about the apt: pre-war brick building near NW 23rd and NW 21st. Fred Meyer and Trader Joe’s 2 and 6 min walk away. Beautiful building, hardwood floors, crown molding, good landlords, big windows facing South, West, and East. On a second floor sitting high off the street with a good view and lots of light. Apartment is furnished. The room can stay furnished or you may bring in your stuff and we’ll clear it. the building has a private park in the front where people sunbathe when its not winter wasteland weather. Washington Park, Rose Garden, Japanese Gardens all a 10 min walk away.
