Nice 3 bed 3 bath townhome in a nice quiet cul de sac. Lots of living space with 2 living rooms, office, and a 2 car garage. 2,550 SQFT total! Lots of charm and very well updated/maintained. 10 minutes from campus. In unit laundry as well.

Rent would be $600 per person, utilities included in rent price, including gigabit internet.

I work full time as a software developer remotely. My fiancé works in non profits.

We are both nerdy, enjoying watching anything Star Wars one moment to discussing history the next. We both enjoy the outdoors as well, especially camping at the lake.

We have a few cats and a small dog as well.
