Mike's room

I have a 2bd 2ba 2 car garage apartment available at the villa in Hesperia. It has a driveway, front yard and small backyard. The room that’s available is the master room with its own private bath and walk-in closet. I’m currently in the works of getting the property furnished.

I work over 50+ hours a week from 5-3pm so I’m looking for a clean, quiet, respectful and courteous roommate. I hardly cook or stay home so the house is nice and clean. No smoking, no drugs, no weapons, and social drinking is ok and weed is fine outside in the yard.
