One furnished private cozy bedroom with full bathroom for 1 person. There is access to Washer/Dryer, kitchen cabinet space and fridge/freezer space. No vaping ,no smoking, no outside smokers, no pets, no heavy drinking, no drugs, no loud music, no felonies, and no overnight guests. I strongly desire a clean, independent , mature, responsible,, employed adult with low to no drama. Required : Proof of income (a copy), or a letter from your employer, or 1 current check stub and a current government DL/ID. All documents must be submitted before move-in with the deposit. Deposit fee $100.00 The rent is $625 a month, utilities included. NO working from home. Sorry, street parking only. There are no children or pets in the home. No agency inquires, please. My current roommate has requested a rental extension until September ?. Their willing to move out sooner with a two day notice. You’re welcome to view the property with an appointment.
