it’s a 4 bedroom apartment with only two other roommates. the third room in the back would be the one being rented but there is a lot of natrual sunlight with access to the fire escape. there is a brick wall in the living room as well as 1.5 bathrooms. the apartment is well kept and much space. the room can hold a full or queen sized bed with one or two night stands and one tall closet in room
About the roomies
both roomies one is a flight attendant and the other one is a cop but both are very laid back and work long hours so most of the day you are by yourself and they are extremely nice people
