This cute house is located five minutes from the University of Utah and many restaurants, shops, and other stores. The house has a lot of space and is fully furnished (with new furniture) besides your bedroom that would need furniture. For this room you would be sharing a bathroom (with a large tub!) with one other roomate. All appliances in the kitchen are new within the last two years, and the washer and dryer are brand new. There is parking available in the driveway and on the street. The lease is one year (from august 1st-july 31st) with options of subleasing if needed.

There are six total rooms in the house so you would have five other roomates. The other roomates are all University of Utah students that are all awesome and very laid back.
