On April 1st I’m moving into an adorable duplex (2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom) less than a mile away from the heart of 12 South. I’m looking for a female roommate willing to sign the lease with me as soon as possible. Very walkable neighborhood in close proximity to Taqueria Del Sol, Frothy Monkey, Portland Brew, Ladybird taco. Must be okay with sharing the space with a very sweet cat! Utilities not included (internet, electricity, gas, WiFi) and there’s not in unit laundry but there is a washer dryer hookup and I plan to rent both for $40 a month. We would share that cost, too.
