Park Avenue

Very nice room for rent in our freshly repainted, Covid-19 free, spacious 3 bedrooms/1 bathroom apartment in Park Avenue, Weehawken. Our house is located just half mile outside The Lincoln Tunnel, very close to NYC transportation (just a block away!), then a 10 minutes drive to NYC Port Authority and 5 minutes walk away from the breathtaking view of the Manhattan skyline in Hamilton Park.

The room is newly renovated with all brand new furniture, hard wood floors, large closet, dresser and super comfortable queen size bed. You will have access to a fully furnished kitchen, cookware and brand new dinnerware.

You will share the place with us: 2 no smoking professionals, respectful, CLEAN, and easygoing! Delanie works in the acting and event industries. Rita is a trilingual writer and teacher in love with photography and Japanese language.

About you: You are a no smoking professional in your 30’s or 40’s (late 20’s are welcome too. You are SUPER CLEAN (Yes, we love this word, and you love it too!), respectful, and cool…as we are! You enjoy your full privacy in the house as much as being out and about enjoying the City.

In the same street: Walgreens, Pizzerias, Convenience stores, Laundry, Bagels on Park. Indian, Japanese, Mexican, Italian, and Chinese restaurants are a few blocks away. New addictions to Park Avenue: a big Mama Sushi 🍣 🍱 (super delicious!) and a Big Lidle grocery store, steps away from the house. Whole Foods and Trader’s Joe are located 5 minutes drive away (Whole Food delivers at our address).

Rent is 850.00 a month for the room, plus 850.00 deposit, plus 1/3 of utilities (about 100- 125 a month)
