Large unfurnished sunny private room on upper floor apartment with concise design. The apartment has a door facing the yard. The apartment is located in peaceful and quiet neighbourhood. The apartment has a shared kitchenette and bathroom. A cooktop and spacious toaster oven is included as well as large fridge, microwave oven. It’s 15-min walk distance to OHSU/VA hospital. Tri-met bus lines are also nearby and ~15min access to downtown. Laundry is built-in in the unit. Parking lot is also available. The apartment is not too spacious enough for big pet. So small cat can be accpeted. There are former tenants who have pets, so it may be not the best place for who is allergic to pets. You will has a spacious bedroom with a large closet. I live in the small bedroom. Living room, bathroom and kitchen will be shared.
About the roomies
I’m the only one living in the apartment who will share the apartment with you. I’m nice, quite, non-smoker. I also don’t drink alcohol.
