2 Bedroom, 1 Bath house on Beaverton near the interstate and close to nearby shops and grocery stores. Neighborhokd is friendly and fairly quiet. Kitchen and bathroom have been newly remodeled. W/D in unit, attached garage, dishwasher, electric stove, A/C, and heating. Spacious backyard with a deck. Tennant is responsible for half of monthly rent ($1694) and the following utilities: gas, electric, water, garbage, and internet. Must have/obtain renter’s insurance. Deposit due is half of monthly rent.

Hi I’m Jocelyn! I love cooking, singing, and going out for adventures! I’m vegan and have lived in Oregon for almost 3 years- moved out here for graduate school. I’m a pretty clean person, I like to keep my living space organized and inviting, as I am more extroverted but I do love spending time vegging out at home (especially now with the pandemic). I have 2 adult cats and 1 puppy, all of which are super cute and sweet! I would prefer a roommate that is pet friendly rather than already has their own pets but this can always be explored further! As a mental health provider, communication and respect are huge for me in any relationship, especially when living with someone.
