Sadies Drive

I’m currently renting a room in this amazing 4 bedroom house and my recent roommate is moving to San Francisco so her room has opened up! This house has a garage, a nice sized backyard, and plenty of space. Free use of the living rooms and kitchen as well as laundry room. The whole house is furnished expect for the room that’s being rented. You would be sharing a bathroom with me!

The owner of this house lives here as well. He has had this house for about 20 years and previously lived here with his family but his children have all grown up and moved out so he rents the rooms. Me and my old roommate are both women in our twenties and were both admittedly apprehensive about moving in with an older man however after meeting him felt very much at ease. There aren’t really any strict rules about living here other than just being respectful of each other’s space and things/cleaning up after yourself. My boyfriend is over every so often but other than that we’ve been refraining from having many people over just to be covid safe! I really enjoy living here and hope to find someone else that does as well!
