Kayla's room

If you are interested, please inquire about more pictures of the rooms that I can send you. This house is located in Roxborough. There are 4 bedrooms in the house. Only 1 is occupied as of August 1st. Two bedrooms are smaller than the others. We have a great large living/dining space and kitchen. Included is also a decent size back yard with a fire pit and a small garden. We have a front porch as well. We do have a driveway that fits two cars. Typically how we’ve organized that is the roommates with the smaller rooms occupy those spots. Always open to new ideas and such. The house is 3 stories, with one bedroom being available on the 3rd floor, and the other two on the 2nd. The area outside of the home is generally quiet. The block consists of a mix of young families, young adults, and older residents. Super dog-friendly area. Lots of restaurants and places to explore nearby.

My other 3 roommates are moving out in July, so I am looking for 3 others to join me as of August 1st. I work at a school and sometimes a restaurant on the side. I don’t have a dog, but plan on getting one soon. The house is a very laid back environment, cannibas-friendly, and free from drama. We split the bills which include, water (due monthly with the rent), peco, gas, and xfinity. Please message me for more information on anything you have questions about!
