I’m a professional that works and has a active social life …generally during the work week I am in bed early and up early in the AM. Peaceful, down to earth. Very neat and clean. The single level townhouse is a three bedroom, two bath: One bedroom and bath belongs to me, the other bedroom and bathroom will be for the potential renter……and the third is a dedicated office. There is a patio, living room and kitchen. There is no garage. Private parking right up to the house, but not assigned.
