A private bedroom with walk-in closet is available in a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment.

I don’t have photos of the room yet as my roommate is still here but I can probably take some and send to you. I am negotiating with the building for new paint and carpets throughout the apartment. Also, this is my roommate’s living room furniture which is leaving with him so we have an opportunity to furnish the living room and dining room from scratch! Let me know if you have a sofa, coffee table, or dining table you’re looking to bring. If not, I am sure we can find some cool stuff online.

Full-size Washer/dryer in unit. Side by side parking garage parking space which is a rare find on the West side. The washer, microwave and dishwasher are all new.

This building has full amenities. Pool Jacuzzi. Club room. Sauna. BBQ. Movie room. Small gym. Hopefully will open when Covid-19 ends.

Looking for someone laid back, quiet and responsible. No couples or pets please.

Looking for someone who takes Covid-19 seriously. Social distancing/masks; who isn’t bringing people over or socializing much during the pandemic. I’ve seen maybe 5 people this past year and we have always been outside or taken precautions.

Utilities run about $100-150/month. We split electricity, gas, wifi, basic cable, trash. We split a cleaning lady once a month which is another $50.

Please, no couples. No smokers. No drugs. Looking for someone who doesn’t bring the party home. We all basically hang in our rooms but I’d love to find some friendly and sociable people to interact with at home. I’m a very considerate and quiet roommate and am looking for someone who is the same and who can be respectful and keep the common areas clean, share things like keeping the kitchen counters and sink clean, helps taking out the trash, etc.

This is an amazing location close to freeways, the beach, bike path. You can hear the sea lions out your window at night. The room is light and bright and gets lots of natural sunlight. We are also walking distance to 3 major grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, etc.

Must have good credit and be able to sign a one year lease starting April 1st. They don’t offer month to month leases here unless you pay a premium so ideally someone who is able to renew every year for a year.

If you have a sofa or living room and dining room furniture that could work.

As far as me, I have lived in LA for a while and enjoy dining out, movies, concerts, travel, baking and seeing friends when it isn’t a pandemic. I’m an east coast native too.

Please write and tell me a bit about yourself and your situation. I’d ideally like to Zoom and then show the apartment in person if it’s a fit. My current roommate is very careful with the pandemic so I don’t want people in and out of his room unless it is probably a match.
