Hi there, my roommate and I are BOTH moving out mid-December and are hoping someone is available to take over our lease. As it stands we have the lease scheduled to terminate on 12/18, however if we can transfer the lease to 2 new tenants we would not have to go through the termination process. Fantastic location in the heart of mary brickell village! Bars, restaurants, publix, equinox, public transportation, and many other amenities all within a 3 block radius.

Building is great - monthly social events at local bars, friendly management staff, covered parking, large pool with all day sun exposure, large gym, BBQ/games on pool deck, free coffee/tea in lobby, and 24/7 package pick-up.

Really awesome location, and for the price and size of the apartment you really can’t beat it!
