Natally's room

Hi everyone! I have a room available in a 5 bedroom/2 bath house for move in April 1st, but can be flexible :). This house is located in West Oakland, right by the Emeryville shopping center. It was newly remodeled early 2019. The room is on the second floor, is very spacious, has a great closet, gets tons of great lighting, and the updated bathroom is shared with 2 other people. Lots of storage closets throughout the home as well. Absolutely amazing kitchen and there is a backyard with a grill. Washer and dryer in unit. The driveway is gated and can fit 2 cars, it is shared with the neighbors, whose house is on the same property. The house is owned by a company called Bungalow and I have loved renting from them, highly recommend! Rent is $1190/month. Some roommates work from home, they are all pretty quiet but very friendly; looking for someone laid back and respectful. Please message me if you’re interested! Would love to chat.
