About the room
I am looking for someone to take over my lease as early as April 22. Price of rent is $664 and utilities are rarely over $15 each month. Males are preferred, my 2 other roommates are male.
State apartments is in a fantastic location next to restaurants, stores, and prospect bus station. It is right by the corner of campus and you can easily walk to any classes. Amenities include a gym, sauna, pool and jacuzzi, theatre, entertainment space, fire pits outside, volleyball court, and free WIFI and cable in the apartments and every room.
The apartment is fully furnished and includes a bed, desk, dresser, and closet space, each person also has their own bathroom. The space is clean and well maintained.
The apartment is on the second floor right on the corner with two big windows in the living room (one of the better units in the better building of the two).

My roommates are friendly and clean. I have had no issues with noise or mess. They are both students at CSU.
