The house is still like new though built in 2016. The room has brand new furniture, vaulted ceilings and private bathroom with a bathtub.

Walking distance to Medici Coffee House and in the Art District. Nice and quiet neighborhood and only two miles from downtown.

Property is great for the roommate with a dog because of large fenced-in backyard.

I’m pretty easy-going and enjoy various topics of conversation. I cook at least once a day and you find me on the computer when I am home. I own a Sports Therapy business in Westlake and spend a good amount of time marketing and working with clients. When I’m out of the house, you can find me running around Lady Bird Lake or at a coffee shop. My neighbor and his roommate are really pretty cool and we help each other out when we can.
