3 bedroom 2 bath house in a quiet family neighborhood & in the middle of all major freeways (22, 5, 55, 405). Just up the street from Costa Mesa & South Coast Plaza. 15 min away from Newport Beach. Looking for female roommate to fill the 3rd bedroom.

Room available October 1. There are 3 roommates at a time. Shared restroom with female. We’re all easy going, easy to get along with, & professionals who work M-F normal business hours. We’re looking for someone close to our age. Ideally someone who can communicate well with us so that we have no issues in the house. If you like to hangout cool, if you like to keep to yourself, that’s all good too. We’ve rented the rooms out for over 6 years now & have luckily had no issues. Shared spaces include kitchen, living room, backyard/pool, washer dryer area. Utilities are separate from $800 rent. One small dogs stays in the house all day & house/potty trained, unfortunately not available to accommodate any other pets. He is very sweet and loves to sleep and cuddles.
