North Valley Drive

Hello! I am looking for a sub-letter within the dates April 13-October 15 2021. There is a bit of wiggle room with those dates, and the rent is $1700/month. You would be sharing a house with one male roommate (28yo). The house is located near The Point shopping center, and also near N Valley Drive. You would have one parking space in the driveway, with more free street parking accessible. There is a 2-car garage for storage, and a backward patio/basketball hoop/grill. The house has 3 bedrooms (the third room is a guest room/office). 1.5 bath, you would have your own bathroom with toilet and share the full bath with shower. It is about 5 minutes from Manhattan Pier/beach. There is a fireplace, washer/dryer/gas stove and sliding glass door in the bedroom. The room can be unfurnished, or I can leave my dressers to make move in/out easier (I move back late October) and the garage may be used as storage.
