There is a 1 bedroom + bathroom available in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. Room is estimated 100 sq feet. Located on the 2nd floor of a 5 story condo complex in a secured building. The bathroom would be yours, but is not en suite (but located right across!) Washer and dryer available. Rent and utilities included in the price. Parking is not included, but can be negotiated and discussed for a spot.
