Clean, quiet unit with w/d in-unit and parking garage. Fully furnished and utilities (including internet) included. Third-floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath university-affiliated apartment at the Clubhouse with shared living room and kitchen. Pet friendly (with deposit and monthly $25 fee) with many free amenities (gym, sun deck, pool, study lounge, movie theater, and more). Per complex rules, only 1 person per bedroom. Security deposit is not needed if a cosigner is used; if opting to go without a cosigner, the deposit is one month’s rent. Available now (will need 1 week to move out once lease has been taken over) with lease ending July 31 with option to renew for another year.

I will be moving out, leaving one 20-year-old female roommate. Roommate is quiet, polite, and clean. Never had any issues at all, only ending the lease early as I have found a 1-bedroom for the following year and am afraid it will be unavailable if I wait until the end of summer to move.
