Welcome to the introvert house: a super-clean, quiet home for professional men.
I currently have one, newly furnished room available in my southern Round Rock for one male who wants a clean, quiet, and undisturbed living space in this 3/2 house.
Rent is $875/mo and includes utilities (electric, water, & internet).
You get your own private, furnished upstairs room with these features:
- 100% organic latex mattress for firm, amazing support
- Blackout curtains + a small fan to ensure quality rest
- Brand new desk, bedframe, nightstands, and lamps
- Plenty of storage in the dresser and closet.
Other amenities: • Fast wireless internet • Washer, and dryer on site. • Close to 45 and I-35 (very close to Dell). • Furnished downstairs and kitchen. • Shared bathroom with one other introverted roommate.
You will be considered if you: • Are employed with proof of employment. • Have a clean rental history. • Can pass a background check. • Are able to pay for the first and last month’s rent, along with the $500 security deposit. • Able to sign a three-month lease (month-to-month afterward). • Are a non-smoker and non-drug user. • Have no pets.
