Hi all! Looking for a female roommate to rent a 1Room/private bathroom + additional room that can work as storage, an office space, ect in my townhouse in the Fairfax/Chantilly area. Access to both kitchen and laundry room. Free parking. Nearby 3 shopping centers, hospitals, and Metro-stations. Driving distance of NOVA campuses and GMU if you are a student. The place is in a friendly and quiet neighborhood. 1500 for 2 rooms (or 850 for 1 room) + 400 dollar security deposit which is refundable. Looking for someone who is overall respectful, clean, friendly, and mature.

There are currently two persons living in the space (myself included). My mom (who is the landlord) is looking to rent out one more of the rooms
